  • REPLACED INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS
  • RESURFACE FRONT ROTORS, REPLACE FRONT PADS, CHECK BEARINGS FOR PLAY, INSPECT BRAKE HOSES AND CALIPERS INSPECT BRAKE FLUID CONDITION.REPLACED FRONT ROTORS IF LISTED IN PARTS.ROAD TEST.
  • ROTATED AND BALANCED FRONT TIRES, CHECK AND ADVISE ON BRAKES. NEEDS FRONT BRAKE PADS REAR PADS 6MM REMAINING

  • HOOK UP VEHICLE TO SCANNER PULL CODES AND ADVISE WORK NEEDED. HAD CODES: P2563 TURBOCHARGER BOOST CONTROL POSITION SENSOR PERFORMANCE. INSPECTED TURBO AND SUSPECT A STICKING TURBO UNISON RING. RECOMMEND REPLACING TURBO AT THIS TIME. IF REPAIRS WERE MADE WE CLEARED CODES TOOK VEHICLE ON ROAD TEST AND RECHECK TO SEE IF ANY CODES CAME BACK.
  • PERFORMED CAB OFF TURBO REPLACEMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED TURBO AND ALL GASKETS GOING TO TURBO. REPLACED PCV BREATHER HOSE FROM ENGINE VALVE COVER TO VALVE COVER. AFTER REPAIRS WERE MADE TEST DROVE VEHICLE MULTIPLE TIMES AND FOUND VEHICLE ALL OK AT THIS TIME.

  • CHECK POWER STEERING LEAK AND ADVISE. WE FOUND LEAKS AT BOTH POWER STEERING PRESSURE LINES. WE FOUND LEAK AT THE POWER HYDRO BRAKE BOOSTER. WE RECOMMEND REPLACING BOTH POWER STEERING PRESSURE LINES AND POWER BRAKE BOOSTER AT THIS TIME. TEST DRIVE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS. ALL OKAY AT THIS TIME.
  • EVACUATE COOLANT FORM RADIATOR AND COOLING SYSTEM EXCHANGE COOLING SYSTEM BY ADDING NEW COOLANT. CHECK OVER FLOW BOTTLE AND ALL HOSES. PRESSURE TEST SYSTEM FOR LEAKS.ROAD TEST AND CHECK TEMPERATURE ALL OKAY AT THIS TIME.
  • INSTALL POWER STEERING CLEANER AND CONDITIONER, RUN THROUGH POWER STEERING SYSTEM, EXCHANGE OUT OLD FLUID AND REFILL SYSTEM ROAD TEST AND CHECK FOR LEAKS. ALL OKAY AT THIS TIME.
  • PRESSURE TEST COOLING SYSTEM AND CHECK FOR LEAKS AND ADVISE ON LEAKS FOUND. WE FOUND NO LEAKS AT THIS TIME.
  • REMOVE AND REPLACE POWER STEERING PRESSURE LINE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS.
  • REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRO POWER BRAKE BOOSTER, TEST DROVE, CHECKED FOR LEAKS. PLEASE ADVISE ANY FURTHER REPAIRS IF NEEDED.
